Saunas Boost Antioxidant System & Is Good for Circulation and Cell Metabolism

SIRT1, Nrf2 and Saunas:

"Many physicians endorse the use of sauna as a useful therapy for chemical detoxification. While some believe that the benefits of far-infrared sauna is because it "sweats out the toxins" there is no evidence to support this claim. On the other hand, sauna therapy may improve circulation by improving circulation by elevating the natural antioxidant system. Take care and start very slowly when starting a sauna routine and speak with your doctor before you start. No access to a sauna - a bath tub can help too. It is important to have a "healthy" water supply!
