High Waist Circumference and Obesity Linked to Increased Risk of RLS

"Both obesity and a large belly may increase the risk of developing restless legs syndrome (RLS), according to a new study published in the journal Neurology.

Men and women who participated in the study with a body mass index over 30 were almost 1.5 times more likely to have RLS than people who were not obese"
